The Graceland West Community Association, GWCA, was established in 1979. It has continuously represented the neighborhood since inception. Leadership includes nine Council Members who serve staggered 18-month elected terms. They are supported by Block Rep volunteers. All neighbors, businesses and schools are encouraged to join GWCA. Members can get involved representing their block, serve on a committee and run for a Council seat. As an all-volunteer organization and 501(c)3 non-profit organization, your effort and nominal membership dues are essential to the life and vibrancy of your neighborhood organization.
